These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ReturnGuardian. By accessing or using the service, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, installing the ReturnGuardian app, or connecting a store or ecommerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
In these Terms, "ReturnGuardian", "we", "us", and "our" mean Coelus Labs Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the individual, business, or other legal entity using the service.
ReturnGuardian provides analysis tools designed to identify potential issues in ecommerce product listings and related store data that may contribute to customer returns.
The service may analyse publicly available web content, content you provide manually, or store data made available through supported integrations such as Shopify.
Features may include product analysis, content scoring, issue detection, report history, product-level refund and return analysis, and related merchant insights.
We may add, update, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time.
ReturnGuardian provides insights, analysis, recommendations, and scores for general informational and operational purposes only. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, including reduction in returns, increased sales, improved conversion, or improved business performance.
The service does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for how you use the output. All business decisions remain your responsibility.
You may only use ReturnGuardian for lawful business or professional purposes.
If you create an account or use the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you connect a Shopify store or another supported third-party ecommerce platform, you authorise us to access and process the store data reasonably necessary to provide the relevant features of the service.
Depending on the feature used, this may include product data, product content, order-related data, refund data, return data, line item data, variant identifiers, quantities, statuses, dates, and related operational store data.
You are responsible for ensuring that:

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, misuse, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms.
Some features may require a paid subscription or paid plan. By subscribing, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge you for the selected plan using the applicable billing method.

If billing is handled through Shopify, Stripe, or another third-party provider, your payments may also be subject to that provider’s terms and processes.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the data, content, product information, and store data that you submit, connect, or otherwise make available through the service.

Where relevant features involve connected ecommerce platforms, you acknowledge that ReturnGuardian may process merchant, customer, visitor, or store-related data made available through those integrations, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the relevant features.
You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations as a merchant, including providing any notices to your customers and obtaining any consents required for your own business activities.
All rights in the ReturnGuardian platform, including the software, branding, website content, design, analysis logic, report formatting, and related materials, remain the property of Coelus Labs Ltd or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you other than the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, internet failures, third-party platform issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
