Use of ReturnGuardian

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ReturnGuardian. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

ReturnGuardian provides analysis tools designed to identify potential issues in ecommerce product listings that may contribute to customer returns.

The service may analyse publicly available web content or content you provide manually.

2. No guarantees or advice

ReturnGuardian provides insights and recommendations only. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, including reduction in returns, increased sales, or improved performance.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output. All business decisions remain your responsibility.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Use automated scripts to abuse or overload the service
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to scrape or replicate the platform

We may restrict or terminate access if we detect abuse or misuse.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge you for the selected plan.

You can cancel at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing or features in the future. Any changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Fair usage

Plans may include usage limits (such as number of reports). Exceeding limits may require upgrading.

We reserve the right to prevent excessive or abusive usage that impacts system performance.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the ReturnGuardian platform, including software, branding, and analysis logic, remain the property of Coelus Labs Ltd.

You retain ownership of the data you submit, but grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coelus Labs Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Incorrect or incomplete analysis results
• Decisions made based on the output of the service
• Indirect or consequential losses

Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
